We are proud to be part of the revitalization of downtown De Soto, Kansas!  KJ's is located in the historic "Outpost Building".  We are thrilled with the fabulous remodel - it is a combination of charm and character.  

 

We have returned to our Kansas roots after being in Iowa City for almost 20 years and feel that we have found "just the right" place for our pizzeria.  De Soto is a great neighborhood community and we are excited to be part of it.

Our mission is to serve a truly unique pizza experience by producing our dough by hand and aging it, resulting in a complex bread flavor. We use only the finest of cheeses, locally source as many ingredients as possible and carefully prepare from scratch your toppings to bring out their best flavors.  Chef Rod will also be making his home made soups that are so flavorful you will be be wanting more.
